Trump’s Latest Midnight Ramblings Are Spiraling All Over The Map

From NATO to the pope, President Donald Trump went on yet another late-night posting spree Tuesday, and it’s literally all over the map. Trump fired off a series of Truth Social posts after already being mired in controversy for his artificial-intelligence-generated Jesus post and attacks on Pope Leo XIV. Trump decided to double down on his attacks on the pontiff for his opposition to the war in Iran. “Will someone please tell Pope Leo that Iran has killed at least 42,000 innocent, completely unarmed, protesters in the last two months, and that for Iran to have a Nuclear Bomb is absolutely unacceptable. Thank you for your attention to this matter. AMERICA IS BACK!!!” Trump wrote on Truth Social to kick off his posting spree. Then the president homed in on another one of his favorite targets, the United States’ own allies in NATO. “NATO wasn’t there for us, and they won’t be there for us in the future!” Trump wrote. From there, it was a series of posts highlighting news articles, including one claiming attorney Alan Dershowitz was working to expunge his 2019 impeachment, one saying the Biden administration “weaponized law to infringe rights of pro-life activists,” and one boasting about an appeals court throwing out a federal judge’s contempt investigation into the Department of Homeland Security. Trump then announced the airing of his interview with Fox Business’ Maria Bartiromo on Wednesday morning, before reposting it. This is the second time this week Trump has gone on a late-night posting spree, the first being on Sunday, when he posted his AI-generated image depicting himself as a Christ-like figure and viciously attacked the pope.
