“It’s time to break the silence and admit that Harry’s concert is probably my biggest disappointment of the decade,” one popular tweet reads.

sorry but unless harry is performing the setlist of my choice in my fucking bedroom, this is disgusting https://t.co/Crapi3Lhq8

350€ disco vip worth of obstructed view because of those fuckass bridges 👍🏻 pic.twitter.com/DdDRK327k4

yall r so annoying, being upset abt paying insane money for a vip experience and then the vip experience being restricted view ≠ hating the show ? ‘just go to the back’ ?? its a vip early entrance ticket thats 200€ more than the regular one? also view is then still restricted pic.twitter.com/lQ54vU1c6v

So my Pleasing nail polish is dried up 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 And half empty pic.twitter.com/DMjVYFlirA

I’ve seen some shit vip packages but oh my god. €800 for this. pic.twitter.com/qU1fsVMmlc

A spokesperson for Ticketmaster has told BuzzFeed: "The tour would like to let fans know that the floor concept was designed to give fans freedom of movement and the ability to experience the show from different positions, rather than being confined to one fixed viewing angle.

"That open, free-flowing floor experience has always been an essential part of Harry’s live shows. A small area of the staging in specific floor positions appears to have had a restricted sightline. Those areas are being reviewed carefully and adjusted where possible in compliance with all safety restrictions."
