President Donald Trump gushed over the physique of New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart during a bizarre rant about trans athletes in Suffern, New York, on Friday.

During his tangent, Trump pointed out Dart in the crowd and marveled at the 23-year-old’s body, saying, “Is there any woman in the audience who thinks they can tackle that guy?”

“Jaxson, do you think you could play against women, OK?” Trump said. “You think you’d have any problem? I don’t think so. Don’t get involved, Jaxson. Don’t answer that question.”

“No, I’m looking at the legs. He’s this beautiful guy. He’s got legs like tree trunks! This is not a good thing for women. This would not be good. No, it’s no good,” he continued.

Trump had been touting the SAVE America Act and his administration’s attempts to ban transgender athletes in women’s sports before dragging Dart into the conversation.
